My goal this break is to just rest and relax and do all the things I don’t have time to do during school. Luckily I have pinterest to inspire me! (I’ve also started watching Lost on Netflix…) Today I made these and they were delish!

Lost my awesome parking spot. Dammit. Spend 30 minutes driving around and settle for one in the back.

I want to be the girl that like when she falls in love it’s a big deal and it’s a rare thing.

I absolutely LOVE fall! It’s always been my favorite season! Living in the South, it always seems to take a little longer to hit. We always get these teases of fall, and then back to 80 degree weather. Well my friends, Fall is HERE! And here is what I love about it:

I love dressing in the fall! As much as I love wearing norts, chacos, and pocket tees to class everyday (and really, I do!) there’s something about getting dressed for class in the fall that just seems more put together, without even trying. J crew cords are a must for fall and warmer than jeans. Plus I’m really OCD about wearing navy t shirts and jeans because I feel like I look like a big blueberry, so cords break things up a bit. I live in Uggs and Riding Boots in the fall. I hate heels, so riding boots are good to wear out. I’m dying for a patagonia vest. It’s on my christmas list this year! Sweater dresses for colder football games are a must in the South. No I will not wear jeans (even though I did this past week, don’t judge me, my parents hadn’t brought my warm clothes up yet!).

That feeling that you get when you feel settled. Every time after summer, it takes me a few months to lose that “summer camp” feeling at school. Call me crazy, but I love being on a schedule and finally settling into one. Side note, my classes are pretty awesome this year!

My birthday! I’m turning 21 on Friday… oh dear. I volunteer at the Boys and Girls club every monday, and some girls drew me birthday cards. Quinniyah came over and asked me how old I would be. When I told her I would be 21, she informed me that the cake she drew me wasn’t big enough for that many candles! I’m old…
